Egypt’s trade deficit widens by 20.2% to $4.8 bln in April: CAPMAS

Egypt's trade deficit widened by 20.2 percent to $4.8 billion in April this year, up from $4 billion in April 2025.

The program targets three of the country’s most prominent tourist destinations: Marsa Alam, Hurghada, and Sharm el-Sheikh.

At the same time, its emphasis on productive sectors such as agri-food, manufacturing.

The latest openings bring the total number of mosques inaugurated this month to 30, according to the Ministry of Awqaf.
