Austria, Czechia to establish $160 mln sodium cyanide production plant in Egypt

The plant would meet the needs of the local market and export 80 percent of its production to markets in the Mediterranean Basin and MENA.

These companies expressed their desire to invest in Egypt, recognizing it as a crucial market in the Middle East and Africa.

This ambitious strategy is expected to create 7 to 8 million job opportunities during the specified period.

The Chairman of SCZONE, Walid Gamal El-Din, also revealed that the overall investments between China and SCZONE have exceeded $2 billion.
