Chinese glass walls adorn Egyptian skyscrapers

After four years of construction, the modern city is finally taking shape, with a cluster of glass buildings shining like a mirage.

A scope review looks at whether an existing trade remedy measure’s scope is still appropriate.

This comes in line with Egypt’s economic reforms and its IPO program that aims to raise the contribution of the private sector from 30% to 65%.

The inauguration ceremony was attended by several Egyptian and Chinese officials, businessmen and diplomats.

The size of the transaction will imply an enterprise value of around US$ 180 million which translates into a cash consideration of US$ 114.2 million.
