Egypt, China’s Jiangsu Changhong discuss establishing $20 mn smart auto manufacturing hub

The company plans to establish a $20 million industrial complex in Egypt to support the country’s automotive industry with smart solutions.

Cairo signed a deal with China’s Sailun Group in August 2025 to build a $1 billion automotive tyre factory in the Suez Canal Economic Zone.
