Egypt launches first automotive logistics terminal at Port Said

Egypt opens its first automotive logistics terminal, boosting vehicle handling and trade.

Egypt approved over $216 million in new private-sector investments aimed at generating more than 15,000 jobs.

At the heart of this push is the chemical and fertilizer industry, now expected to generate over $11 billion in export revenue by the end of 2025.

James Creighton, Regional Director for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Middle East and Africa, emphasized Egypt’s significance as a key market.

This aims to position Egypt as a regional hub for high-end retail and attract new foreign direct investment in the fashion and lifestyle sector.
