Egypt has strategic sugar reserves to last until April

Sugar is available in local markets and there are no problems with supply, said ministry spokesman, Ahmed Kamal.

BIM already had 279 stores in Morocco and 140 in Egypt by the end of 2015. It plans to add 100 new stores in Egypt.

The new subsidy scheme is expected to included an additional 1,3338 bakeries.
