Public Business Sector Minister demands Egypt Aluminum reduce time required for development project

A report of the Ministry of Public Business Sector, Egypt Aluminum will establish a new factory with a production capacity of 250,000 tonnes/year.

The government will allocate a 16,000 square-meter area in the industrial zone of Ataqa in Suez Governorate for the project.

The world prices of aluminium dropped significantly, which has forced the company to retreat from offering its shares on the EGX.

A commercial office will open in Egypt before the end of the year to take advantage of a growing market boosted by housing sector. demand
