Raya Integration is now ISO 9001:2008 certified

With a commitment to stringent Quality Management Systems, Raya Integration is now ISO 9001: 2008 certified.

On September 3, Raya Integration was certified ISO 9001:2008, hence joining over 1 million certified organizations worldwide. Raya Integration mainly works in system integration and designing business solutions for enterprises. The company also offers after-sales services including installation, warranty and maintenance services. The certification comes in recognition of the massive effort that Raya Integration staff has exerted the previous year to build the company’s quality management system, redesigning all business processes to meet the ISO 9001:2008 standards and consolidating all business units under the integration & services umbrella. Raya Integration, in its efforts to build a state-of-the-art Quality Management Services, introduced a consistent customer relation management program that added a new dimension into the quality of its introduced services. The effort included planning for quality culture through focused sessions and workshops to enhance the understanding of the culture of quality.

The ISO 9000 family measures the quality and standards of management systems in any enterprise. It is designed to help and ensure that the organization is meeting the needs of its customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements.

It allows organizations to achieve higher return on assets, enhance their general performance and improve customer satisfaction in comparison to those who were not certified.
