?Play a strategic central role in aligning, developing and managing the overall Youth market activities (Acquisition, Revenues & Retention)
?Own & develop the Youth marketing calendar.
?Develop and integrate the Youth market strategies in aligned with company’s vision & mission
?Develop corrective actions based on fact check, market dynamics and competitors moves to insure achieving all Youth targets
?Lead company’s cross functional departments ex Sales,CC… etc towards the priorities and goals of the Youth segment to achieve the business plan
?Develop the Youth team members’ technical & soft skills to build a sustainable team for this vital role among the organization

•University Degree in Economic/Business Admin or Engineering
•Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Telco, FMCG
•Areas of Experience:

•Customers oriented
•Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required.
