•Responsible for meeting the recruitment needs of specified areas of the business
•Ensure recruitment best practices are followed
•Define the recruitment and sourcing strategy for the position
•Ensure Quality and documentation of the selection
•Pre selections of candidates for first round interviews & Partner with HRBP, line and divisional managers in the other 2 rounds of interviews and selection part.
•Ensure sound communication during recruitment process to all stakeholders. Ensure professional feedback to the candidates
•Responsible for monitoring the competitiveness of Nestle as “Employer of choice” through analysis of acceptable rates, turnover and internal movement.
•Develop Sourcing and employer brand activation activities
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of Nestle recruitment
•Ad hoc project work (e.g.: referral program, etc….)


• Highly level of trustworthy
• Developed ability of handling stress
• Highly developed communication skill
•1-2 years of experience preferably in HR
•University Graduate
•Good Knowledge of Interviewing skills
•Good Knowledge of computer skills (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc…)
•HR Polices
•HR Procedures


BSC of BA or equivalent
