•To comply with all requirements of the WHO Code for the Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes as well as the Revised Nestle Instructions
•Manage full market analysis including competitive activities and products to Identify new business opportunities and manage Innovation / Renovation to ensure long term sustainable growth.
•Responsible for New Product Development to ensure consistency and success
•Planning, executing and evaluating New Product Launches across the region.
•Develop with the Medical Communications Manager appropriate scientific medical communication and support materials in line with the specific requirements of the NESTLÉ Instructions and WHO Code Compliance.
•Responsible for the development and implementation of the Marketing Plan
•Responsible for the execution of the Business Plan through a full business cycle
•Coach and direct team or individuals to achieve a specific goal
•Responsible for monitoring the PFME budget as per the approved figure


•Strong Information Analysis ability
•Strategic Planning experience
•Medical & Consumer Communications experience
•Strong Project Management experience
•Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Medicine
•2-3 years Brand Management experience preferably in the Medical / Nutrition field
•Strong Sales experience
