Food Safety Supervisor
• Guide organization and documentation for food safety of each site.
• Monitor personal hygiene for site employees.
• Make internal audits for each site and follow up action plans
• Guide pest control contractor to fulfill our standards.
• Support sanitation schedule for the site.
• Coordinate with maintenance department preventive maintenance program
• Lead CRP training program and ensure food safety awareness is delivered for all new hiring employees
• Lead HACCP study for each site.
Skills
• Good leadership skills to coordinate food safety for different functions
• Has good knowledge of food safety KPI's (HACCP, standards etc)
• Good computer skills Microsoft office
• Is capable of developing site action plans
• Has previously developed food safety instructions
• Has previously prepared Hazard assessments for HACCP study
• Good communication skills that enable him to conduct effective trainings
• Good English is a must
