•Achieving all assigned sales revenue goals through achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.

•Working directly and indirectly on corporate key accounts (500 clients) and tenders.

•Managing a strong sales force by tracking, analyzing the sales force performance & set compensation schemes accordingly.

•Establishing metrics to analyze and track performance of Sales Team.

•Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.

•Maintaining up to date competitive information and ongoing management of competitive intelligence and factoring this into planning.

•Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

•Marinating contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely response and delivery.

•Demonstrating ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.


•Bachelor''s degree in any discipline.

•MBA is an asset.

•Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

•Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

•High level of Business acumen sense, with the ability to understand and utilize economic, financial, and industry data to accurately diagnose business strengths and weaknesses, identifying key issues and developing strategies and plans.

•Minimum 10 years of Service selling experience, in which 3 or more are in sales management. (i.e Insurance, Hospitality, Training, Telecommunications).

•Fluent English Speaker.

•Graduate of a Language School.
