CCR (Customer Care Representative)
Working as Customer Care Representative (CCR) in Technical Assistance Center
- Answering the phone within 10 seconds with average duration 2 Min. per call.
- Handling Customer Requests related to all product line.
- Handling customer requests by transferring the requests to the related engineer according to TAC workflow and regulations.
- Accepting Customer's Request, responding within the SLA & making regular survey for all the customers on daily basis.
- Generating reports to measure the KPI & quality for all TAC PL.
- Working in shifts (day and night) if needed (male only).
Qualifications:
- 0-3 years experience in customer care field.
- Bachelor degree (English or French section).
- Fluent French or English and French.
- Very good knowledge of MS-office skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Excellent knowledge of soft skills and handling objections.
- Team Player, Fast Learner & Problem solver.
- Good attitude and self motivated.
- Has ability to make self study for all PL knowledge.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to travel and work in 24/7 shifts if needed (male only).
- Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different reporting schemes.
