Brand Manager
• Participates and contributes in the implementation of the marketing plan through a full business cycle from vision, objectives, strategies, and tactics all the way to activities.
• Participation in new product and packaging development.
• Participation in the development of advertising communication.
• Assists in monitoring and controlling marketing budgets.
• Participates in market research and gathering of consumer insight.
• Assists in monitoring profitability and performance of existing products.
• Maintains and update the marketing databases: sales, retail, audit and brand tracking.
• Conducts analysis of present & potential markets for new or existing products and services
• Tasks could include activities such as tracking of brand performance / Brand projects e.g. Public Relations.
• If working within the Food Service / Out of Home area may support the marketing of Categories or Channels as opposed to brands / products.
Skills
• 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Brand Management
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• High Proficiency of English language.
• High analytical skills.
• Presentation Skills
• Sales experience
• Strong Operational skills
