Job Description :
Achieve the sales required in the area of responsibility
Promotes the assigned product portfolio, in line with the strategy.
Implements the activities and strategies defined, to achieve the sales targets, gain market share and meet the related strategic KPIs.
Identifies new opportunities on the assigned products within existing and new clients to expand the business and ensure channel-filling
Ensures ongoing interaction and communication with customers, coordinating the market visits with the line manager.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge on the product portfolio and intended use, proactively searching for market information, competitive developments, and transferring them to the Sales teams, in alignment with Marketing.
Implement sales cycles as needed while assuring good knowledge of the content.
Communicate on-label medical information to clients.
Ensures activity planning/reporting and mapping using Salesforce.com, keeping data updated, and ensure that all administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Qualifications :
University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent.
Education from the Healthcare sector or a sales related higher education
At least 1- 3 years’ experience in sales, marketing management in a healthcare environment.
English & Arabic communication skills (verbal & writing)
Knowledge of MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Project Management
Financial acumen
Customer relationship management
