Senior Payroll Specialist needed

Job Description
Arrange the payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system.

Collation and input of all relevant information for the monthly payroll (including new starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments،......).

Monitor the monthly over time calculation in line with the time attendance system.

Arrange the Banking ATMs procedures for new hires in coordination with finance department.

Ensure manual and computerizedrecords are accurate maintained and updated regularly in line with data protection .

Gather data, data entry and compile statistical reports, and maintaining statistical information.

Update the payroll system with the monthly salary structure and transactions.


Skills

BSC Degree Accounting (HR diploma or an advanced Degree is Preferred )



5+ years of Experience in Payroll.


Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

Solid knowledge of Payroll system is preferable.

Familiar with tax & labor law.

Very good command of English.

Organizing & Follow up Skills

Planning & Time Management Skills .
