Job Description:
Preparing presentations for the department.
Inventory Management including asset labeling & stock control.
Supervision of bookings for flights, hotels …..etc & staff transportation in work trips.
Organizing internal and external events.
Seek and implement improvements within the office and in the provision of support services.
Supervise and insure a perfect level of cleanliness, food & beverage for the staff in all the Co. offices.
Seek and implement improvements within the office and in the provision of support services.
Prepare and control Admin. department yearly budget.
Handle and follow up Co. Assets/ offices Insurance.
Qualifications:
Years of Experience: 4-6
Experience Background : Administration
Computer Skills: Good in Microsoft Office
Language proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
