Human Resource and Administration Manager will have overall responsibility for implementation of corporate human resources policies and procedures as well as ensuring their compliance with the local labour laws
Will provide guidance and support to Corporate HR Director and head of regional offices in implementation of human resources plans, performance management, training and development.
S/he will provide a range of human resource management and administrative services including recruitment and induction, salary and benefits administration, employee relations and welfare services, as well as support the company organizational development initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree, preferably a certified course in HR or Masters
Minimum 4 years of experience of which 2 years of Managerial Experience
In depth and expert knowledge of local Labor Law and broad knowledge of HR
Fluent in English, knowledge of other language will be plus
