Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual salespeople.
oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, ensure sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Responsible for department team achievement.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Weekly reports DVR ‘Daily visit report’ and SFA ‘Sales force automation’.
Age : 30-35 years old
Bachelor Degree: Bachelor of Pharmacy - Bachelor of Science.
Experience Background: Food and Beverages – Pharma - Cartoon.
Computer Skills: Excellent in all Microsoft Office
Language proficiency: Excellent in English
Experience : 7 years and above
