Job Description:

Reporting to the Director
Office Management
Call clients to confirm meetings
Liaise with clients regarding required documents
Arrange couriers to Melbourne office
Data Entry
Data Base Management
Answer telephone inquiries


We would expect the applicant to be fluent in English and Arabic. It would be desirable if the applicant has a bachelor degree relative to business administration and management. In the absence of such education it would be preferable to have at least three years’ experience in management or business development.
