About the Job:

* Constantly monitor and maintain the book of accounts
* Assist in Taxation Inspection
* Preparing Sales reports, ensure Sales Tax accounting treatment
* Assist in preparing the requirements at year end review for the external audit and internal auditors.
* Support the department managers to prepare for audits
* Reviewing Bank Reconciliations, Petty Cash Accounts & related G.L Entries.
* Manage and control processing of Accounts Payable (Prepare Merchandise & Non-Merchandise Entries).
* Reviewing suppliers aging reports, Advance payments report on a timely basis & Reconcile suppliers' balances.

About You:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
* Commerce graduate with experience in audit and accounting

Minimum Experience:
* 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
