A huge driver for accomplishing the strategic visions of governments across North Africa like Egypt’s vision 2030 and Morocco’s 2020 vision is dependent on world-class infrastructures and accessibility across all transport channels, thus there is a growing need for modernizing and upgrading airports across the region. While Egypt is making significant steps towards revamping airports across the country, Morocco has continued to undertake runway expansions and constructions across airports in the country.
