VL Challenge aims to recruit teams with innovative ideas and to fast track winning companies to the newly created business incubator at AUC.
Entrepreneurship & Innovation Program (EIP) at AUC School of Business, in cooperation with Intel, is proud to announce the inaugural Venture Lab Challenge (VL Challenge).
The VL Challenge aims to recruit the most talented teams with innovative ideas and to fast track winning companies to the newly created business incubator at the heart of the AUC New Cairo campus – the AUC Venture Lab. The incubator will pursue an interdisciplinary approach to innovation, engage other university departments outside the AUC Business School, provide technical resources, academic expertise, and rely on a vast alumni network of mentors beyond the AUC campus.
As a result of the competition, the entrepreneurs will complete their prototype, receive mentoring from faculty and experienced entrepreneurs, compete for prizes, and acquire the needed exposure to launch successful businesses. At the end of the competition, teams will have an opportunity to pitch and present their products to potential investors and key industry experts.
