Real Estate Customer Service Coordinator

Real Estate Customer Service Coordinator who is comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment for Deraya Sales Services.

The Customer Service Agent will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls in regards to account discrepancies, billing inquires and customer questions and concerns. This individual must be comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment and able to handle conflict resolution.
The candidate should provide prompt, courteous customer service, which meets or exceeds service standards; and thoroughly document telephone calls, feedbacks and written correspondence.
-Recording complains/ inquiries and reporting them to the assistant sales manager.
-Solving customer inquiries/ problems, villa designs, or financial requests by contacting the involved parties and communicating the issue.
-Helping in handling the villa design process of all Mountain View clients until it is successfully completed.
-Managing customer calls, presentations, and events at the time of need.

Job Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree
•Fluency in English language.
•Excellent computer skills.
•Outstanding communication skills and a self motivated dynamic personality.
•Customer Service experience is mandatory
