Job Description

Formulate the brand strategy based on market gap analysis.

Develop short and long term objectives for the brand.

Monitor the turn over and the profitability of the brand.

Develop the yearly sales targets for the brand.

Develop the brand marketing calendar.

Plan for the needed yearly marketing budget.

Plan for the Monthly marketing spending.

Monitor the actual monthly marketing spending VS target.

Develop a pre – post study analysis for the marketing activities.

Execute the approved marketing calendar.

Co-ordinate with the internal departments on packaging and product quality.

Monitor the market feedback on the product and communicate to the management.

Analyze the retail audit data and the Qualitative and Quantitative researches in order to reach a sound able business decisions with the management.

Coordinate with the advertising agencies on the marketing calendar and write the needed briefs.

Follow up on the time executions of the marketing calendar activities.

Develop a quarterly marketing expenditures reports to guarantee that the activities within the assigned marketing budgets.

Manage the communication among the departments specifically the sales department for the launches of the marketing activities.

Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in “marketing, mass communication or any equivalent Major.
Master Degree in marketing is Preferable

Minimum Experience:

7 years of experience
