Job Description

- Execute the brand vision and strategy.
- Execute the brand positioning, KPI’s and strategic marketing plans to ensure profitable growth and growing consumer base.
- Assist in developing and execute marketing tactics to fulfil the brand vision and strategy
- Implement, follow-up and control the marketing activities
- Execute and follow-up brand spending versus budget .
- Cooperate with Advertising Agencies and Marketing Research office to position the brand.
- Supervise the Assistant Brand Manager in analysing the market and assessing the opportunity of market penetration and product expansion.
- Assist in assessing customer/consumer needs, expectations and coordinates promotion of the brand.
- Implement modification and changes in the brand packaging.
- Manage and closely monitor the execution of all marketing activities.
- Visit different trade channels on regular basis to monitor performance of brands & competition.
- Motivate the team and create a rewarding and stimulating environment

Skills

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Economics, Business or Mass Communication.
- 3 - 5 Years of experience in a similar field.
- Perfect command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).
