Job Description

The Senior HR Associate is responsible for recruiting qualified campus graduates to fill entry-level and intern positions as well as experienced hires. Coordinates recruiting activities, develops and maintains relationships with campus placement offices and faculty. Responsible for the firm's brand and image on the college campus. Administers and coordinates the internship programs.

? Recruit on campus to fill staff and intern positions
? Acts as primary recruiting point of contact
? Develop and maintain relationships with academic faculty, career office employees, students, the campus relations partner, the Campus Recruiting leader to achieve stated goals
? Work with hiring managers to address Ernst & Young's (E&Y) position at strategic schools to maintain a consistent recruiting approach comparable to those of other top-rated firms
? Co-ordinate internship programs through recruiting efforts
? Actively represents EY on campus
? Coordinate with others to make certain the appropriate care of candidates occurs
? Utilize Applicant tracking System to capture all recruiting and hiring activity
? May manage a large but relatively uncomplicated project (e.g. the second rollout of an initiative that is already underway) or a small but more complex project (e.g. a new program that touches multiple business units)
? Knowledge and application of Recruitment/Placement Laws and practices
? Strong knowledge of firm recruiting policy, procedures and databases
? Knowledge of Firmwide Orientation Program (FWO) and service line orientation programs
? Demonstrates advanced understanding and application of principles and practices of a specific professional discipline. Duties are varied in scope and require a broad knowledge base to perform.
? Often represents the work group on a project team for small to medium size Human Resource (HR) projects. Alternatively, this rank could serve on a large HR project with support and feedback from a supervisor and/or other project team members

Additional Requirement

? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
? 2-5 years related experience
? Proficiency in Engligh language
