Job Description

• Manages short-term and long-term sales planning within CE Sales, and leads the development of the annual budget in support of GB Auto strategic goals
• Directs the development / review of the annual sales plan, and is accountable for established sales targets
• Oversees all issues related to sales of the Construction Equipments, including but not limited to developing the portfolio of products and services, managing the relationship with the OEMs, structuring and development of the sales channels / sales force, development of sales growth strategies, sales planning, order planning, sales performance management, brand management, pricing, promotions, stock management, and distribution
• Through the CE Sales management team, manages GB Auto’s Construction Equipment sales operations on a day-to-day basis to maximize profitability and market share, and to meet budget and other non-financial targets while providing feedback to the COO - CCAT
• Ensures timely and accurate product ordering to obtain max stock turnover and best product availability
• Oversees the development of strategic customer accounts
• Provides input to the development and is responsible for the implementation of operational policies and procedures in support of GB Auto’s business strategies and objectives
• Stays up to date on technical developments and on competition
• Develops and institutionalizes GB Auto’s data, know-how, and capabilities in sales for Construction Equipments
• Identifies and tracks KPIs for Construction Equipment sales, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement
• Provides support for the professional development (including training) of direct reports

Skills

• Automotive background in a must.
• Fluent in French language is a must.
• Appropriate Communication and Negotiation skills.
• Has above 12 years of experience
• Age: mid of thirty’s
• Applicable university degree or equivalent work experience as Manager or Department manager in Caterpillar or Komatsu or any other company operating in the same field as he will be taking the responsibility of XCMG brand in the regional office.
