Job Description:
•Demonstrate ability to build, develop and motivate a high-performing customer oriented team to meet or exceed customer expectations
•Drive proactive communication through regular team meetings and encouragement of ongoing teamwork
•Manage projects and/or any development or training initiatives
•Being a benchmark in the industry for quality customer care
•Strive for continuous improvement and be a leader of Best Practice implementations
•Review customer activity, analyze data, and identify trends taking corrective action and modifying procedures where necessary
•Recognize customer specific opportunities that enhance Nestlé Supply Chain performance and improve customer satisfaction (e.g. order cycle optimization, improved case fill rate, on-time delivery)
•Identify Supply Chain Customer efficiency initiatives e.g. system developments, implant roles etc.
•Work on satisfying customer’s demand or replenishment needs in the most cost effective way and required speed
