Senior Sales Manager

Cascade the Region's sales and market development objectives to all Sales Managers for PepsiCo.

•Cascade the Region's sales and market development objectives to all Sales Managers.
• Review volume results versus plan, determine specific opportunities, provide infrastructure required, achieve goals/ objectives, provide consistent constructive feedback and coaching to his direct reports.
• Provide ongoing coaching to all Sales Managers within his area and ensure they are properly equipped, trained and motivated to achieve their objectives.
• Ensure proper roll out and sustain the implementation of Best Practice Tools within the area to achieve maximum productivity for all infrastructure (Trucks, coolers, glass float).
• Develop strong relationships with the Key accounts in his area; this will include coordinating with the Key account managers on all call coverage & customers writing.
• Report competitive activities and recommend a proper action plan.
• Report infrastructure requirements as per market needs.
• Assess the sales staffing and skill requirements and make the final selection for all sales supervisors team.
• Develop plans to address short and long term HR needs within the area.
• Maintain strong relationships within top wholesalers’ customers within his area.
• Lead the people planning process.
• Participate in the yearly Annual Operating Plan process through having a solid action plan for his area which includes infrastructure requirements for the next year to achieve specific volume and market share results.
• Share monthly results with the Director and determine proper action for development areas.

Skills

• Excellent business knowledge of sales and distribution ( traditional and non traditional trade).
• Previous experience in FMCG or similar industry.
• Good command of English.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft applications ( Word, excel, ...etc).
• Very good Problem Solving skills.
• Very good negotiation skills.
• Very good communication and presentation skills.
• Very good people management skills.
• Very good strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Strong technical knowledge which includes full industrial experience (Carbonated Soft Drinks field experience) and the sales technical knowhow.
