Position Concept:
• Targeting sales quota by managing overall sales activity and possibly pre-sales for named prospects and accounts in a widespread Segment, developing new business & maintaining customer satisfaction.
• May assist the Sales Division Manager in the development of sales strategy and objectives.
• Manage the total customer/prospect relationship, both directly and through the rest of the assigned team.
• Plan and execute an executive relationship strategy and work productively with the peers.
• Salary (L.E.): Negotiable above market average + commission / Bonus

Prime Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales objectives set by GNSE in line with the company strategy.
• Make necessary follow up calls with existing prospects and cold calling to new prospects.
• Gather required information regarding the assigned accounts and sector.
• Responsible for retention and growth of current accounts and sales of new accounts.
• Maintain regular customer contacts and ensure customer requirements and satisfactions are met.
• Plan and facilitate and/or conduct complex negotiations.
• Have clear vision of customer strategies, enhance and complement customer’s business.
• Develop and establish communication with top level and/or potential customer executives.
• Develop and implement solid solutions with the help of the presales and support team.
• Develop key customers relationships and monitor competition.
• Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.

People Management Responsibilities:
• Ensure appropriate staffing of own team for work load balancing and high productivity.
• Ensure that team achieve clear objective and challenging targets, with regular performance tracking of the key achievement areas.
• Provide appropriate coaching training and development.
• Recognize and suggest rewards top performers and high potential team members.
• Maintain continuous two ways communications with subordinates.

Skills

• Languages: Proficient in Verbal and Written English / Arabic Languages.
• Preference: min 5 years experience in IT Sales (Selling e-Security or Networks is a plus).
• Previous experience of sales cycle 3- 6 Months in Banking, Telecom, Oil & Gas sectors, and top 100 companies.
• Successful in up selling & cross selling with references.
• Very good client references.
• Successful in meeting challenges & over achieving results.
• Capable and willing to assume team leader responsibility.
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
• Other Skills :Must be familiar with Word, Excel & PPT Processing & Advanced MS Office Tools.
• Own Car: Preferable
