West Leaves in Egypt: Construction work activated for new $229m El Attal project
The 38-acre mixed-use development is El Attal Holding’s first project in West Cairo.
The project includes residential, commercial, and office units, according to company chairman Ahmed Al-Attal.
Al-Attal has said the project will have 31 buildings with low-rise residential units accounting for total built-up area of 120,000m2, commercial units totalling 30,000m2 and offices at 17,000m2.
“Construction has already started, and the project will be delivered in five years,” Al-Attal said. He added that Raef Fahmi is the design and engineering consultant for the West Leaves in Egypt.
