• Achieve Packaging Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets (theoretical yield ratio, oil efficiency, seasoning efficiency… etc.)
• Monitor the packaging reports daily throughout the three shifts (running patrols, PAE, current map …etc.)
• Support the daily production plan.
• Train the company's employees on Packaging fundamentals.
• Train packaging front line managers on packaging optimization.
• Coach and supervise the packaging operators and front line managers.
• Optimize the equipment performance.
• Seek for best practices in other sites and implement it internally.
• Support all packaging projects for equipment installation or modifications.
• Perform the IPS audit frequently for all the packaging rooms.
• Follow-up the actions plans and have them done in the right time.
• Arrange with engineering team to do the technical repairs and maintenance.
• Control the spare parts usage
• Troubleshoot any issues rise in packaging area throughout the three shifts

Skills

• 1 - 2 years experience in Packaging field (SET profile).
• Engineering Bsc.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet and electronic mail)
• Good command of English oral and writing.
• Good communication, analytical and leadership skills
