E- commerce coordinator Job at Avon

- Working with the Global Web Enablement and Business Model Innovation Teams and be the project manager for future releases.
- Monitors and Reports on Social Media channels and on-line communities, inside and outside AVON.
- Working closely with other Business areas, including Sales and IT, to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Driving new representative leads through the website, in collaboration with Cluster/Regional/Global functions.
- Be the back-up of the Website Content Specialist.
- Developing the E-Commerce strategy in collaboration with the WEMEA Regional Internet Lead, the E-Commerce Cluster Coordinator and the Country Management Team.
- Be the Project Manager for future releases, working in strong collaboration with Global Web Enablement and Business Model Innovation teams.
- Ensure the Avon brand is consistently adhered to across all aspects of online content/advertising/Social Media.
- Monitors and Reports on Social Media channels and
on-line communities, inside and outside AVON.
- Work closely with Sales to choose/create correct content for the Field Sites.
- Coordinate Customer and Representative acquisition programs.
•Utilize site and email segmentation to engage and retain customers and Representatives.
•Prepare and deliver the necessary training to users
Constantly look for new opportunities and web enhancements.
- Working with the Global Web Enablement and Business Model Innovation Teams and be the project manager for future releases.
