About the Job:

We are seeking a Cpmmercial Department Manager for our Marks & Spencer store , Alexandria. As a department manager you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring the department provides a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

* Setting up, monitoring and reviewing sales targets for the relevant commercial department.

* Ensuring that department and store objectives are achieved.

Skills:

- A strong team player, a lover of fashion retail, with an intense desire to have a successful career in the fashion retail industry.

- Must have a minimum of two years retail management experience, and be able to manage a diverse customer profile and expectations.

- Must have a passion for retail, customer service, and be commercially focused with a solid understanding of the brand.

- Possess and demonstrate effective organisational, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, decision-making and problem solving skills.

- Computer literate and good numerical skills.
