• Meet and assist visitors.
• Answer all incoming calls.
• Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
• Respond to public inquiries.
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
Job Qualifications:
1- Minimum Bachelor Degree required
2- Excellent command of English language written spoken & written.
3- Excellent computer skills.
4- Able to work under pressure
5- Previous experience in similar role
