• Preparation & Reporting of RIG reports for F&B (SACT, SRIP, SBRD, SCOM) on magnitude & to management on monthly basis.

• Preparation & Analysis of DF for Coffee as well as all related KPIs in line with planned due dates.

• Analysis of Coffee actual results vs. DF/target, highlighting deviations from plan as well as propose improvement opportunities to concerned management.

• Preparation of coffee dashboard on monthly basis & analysis of all KPIs performance vs. target.

• Consolidation of actual income statement for F&B with comparison to latest DF by category, country & SKU.

• Preparation & analysis of invested capital (fixed assets & working capital) for actual for total company & by product group on quarterly basis.

• CIAT champion with direct responsibility for preparation of capex budget for all forms & reviewing financial justifications as well as providing Capex interim reviews & budget release on SAP.

• Prepare & analyse depreciation for DF for factories & overheads by cost center.

• Champion of business planning Dashboard & responsible for dashboard ream room & all uploads on the system.

• Solid understanding of SAP and utilization of the SAP BW reporting as the main source of reporting.

• Act as Back up for PPPs Market Champion.

• Deep understanding of financial guidelines as well as follow up on all updates.

• Preparation of any other reports that might be requested by Management for Business decisions.
