- Review of all daily, weekly and monthly reports, forecasts, latest estimates as well as preparation of Profit & Loss Accounts, Balance Sheet, Annual Budget, Bank Reconciliation

- Ability to establish an accounting department system.

- Review and monitor all accounting entries made by the department personnel.

- Review all company payments for approval and verification by the financial controller.

- Preparation and closing of all accounts on monthly basics.

- Supervise the preparation of lc’s, lg’s, bank reconciliation statements and other financial documents.

- Assess financial reporting systems, accounting.

- Fulfil all fiscal obligations regarding the safekeeping of accounting information for tax purpose (tax accounting)and archiving of the financial books.

- Co-ordinate the day to day work of all finance & accounting Team at site.

- Review & approve all sub ledger reconciliation.

- Manage day to day work at the finance department.

- Prepare the financial statement on regular basics.

- Handle & manage the external audit requirements.

- Assist in the preparation of all reporting package requirements.

Skills

- Bachelor of Accounting.

- Knowledge of financial systems and office software-excel.

- Min 7-8 Years of Exp. in Accounting field and 2-3 in the same Position.
