- Matches values of invoices and payment orders.
- Ensures and obtains required signatures before.
- Releases payments and resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Open new suppliers’ accounts as authorized.
- Handles accrual for the end of month.
- Reconciles supplier statements.
- Monitors accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
- Follows up and monitors all relevant documentations process.
- Responds to questions and makes calls regarding problems; acts as a liaison between departments and suppliers.
- Handles and Monitors consignments using Fors System.
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
Skills
- Bachelor degree, Major: Accounting.
- 0 - 3years of experience.
- Very Good Command of both written and spoken English Language.
